Sales Operations Analyst

Job Description:

Veoh Networks is currently seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations & Planning team. This positions is ideally suited for a business savvy individual looking to leverage their analytic, quantitative, and project planning skills in the internet industry. You'll be a part of a dynamic ad sales group that works cross-functionally with members of sales, advertising operations, finance, and more. Your primary responsibilities include business analytics of ad revenue, inventory reporting, and day-to-day management of CRM and sales pipelines.

Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded and energetic top performer with functional experience in finance or advertising sales operations for an Internet media company. You will be a self-starter with the passion to excel in everything that you do. You will have the ability to work effectively in a high-energy, cross-functional team, and be able to confidently communicate your findings to the sales team, partners and senior executives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage inventory and sales reporting for the US field media sales organization
  • Develop pipeline and CRM reports and associated processes
  • Help size and identify ad product opportunities and risks
  • Work closely in cross-functional teams to support projects and sales initiatives
  • Provide insight and analysis to both team members and management
  • Support other ad-hoc tactical and strategic projects

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years relevant experience, ideally from sales operations, media planning or managerial finance background. Experience in the Internet media industry is required.
  • Superior spreadsheet skills required
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or other quantitative field
